Volunteer Ops ~ please read, we could use some help!
Your committee does the “leg work” and then handles contractual issues & details around reunions, maintains and handles the expense of the website and mail-outs, various administrative responsibilities, and maintains the database of classmates. But it’s not the committee’s reunion. It’s OUR reunion. Will you help?
We have classmates & faculty that our slow mail & email have been returned, but we still have a telephone number. Do you have extra time to make telephone calls?
We need a volunteer who can scan Senior photos from our yearbook. These will be used for the dreaded name tags at reunions…but also to prepare an “In Memory” for classmates we have lost. Is this something you could help us with?
We need help to set up a Memorabilia Table. Interested? How about table decorations? Is that your thing?
Does your camera have wide-angle capability to take a GROUP photograph? Do you have interest in capturing our event with some candids and a group shot?

Keeping up with classmates is a ginormous job. As fellow classmates, it’s OUR responsibility to locate classmates. Will you send this list to your siblings or friends from other classes at Westchester? Will you try internet searches for some of your old friends?Will you take the initiative to “adopt” a classmate you might not have known in school and help to search for them? We still find classmates all the time because of our website, or siblings, or co-workers or neighbors…
